By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Service is a white-label wellness coaching application powered by an AI coach, offered through the supplement brand you purchased from.

It provides plans, reminders, progress tracking, content, and conversational coaching. It is for general wellness and is not medical care.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and any trial terms are shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.

The Service, including its software, content, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes.

The Service may reference or facilitate the purchase of supplements and other products from the brand or third parties. We are not the manufacturer or seller of those products and are not responsible for them.

The AI coach is not a doctor and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for medical questions, and call emergency services for emergencies.

Statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with venue in São Paulo, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you reside.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
