Compliance
Last updated: May 28, 2026
LAUNCH X SALES LTDA builds wellness coaching technology that supplement brands offer to their customers. This page summarizes how we approach regulatory and ethical compliance.
Dietary supplement claims (FDA / FTC)
The app supports general wellness and habit building. It is not a drug and does not replace medical treatment.
Statements regarding supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products referenced through the app are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Not medical advice
The AI coach provides wellness coaching, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is a coach, not a doctor.
Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions and contact emergency services in an emergency.
Advertising and marketing
We follow FTC principles for truthful, non-deceptive, and substantiated communications.
Commercial messages by SMS and email are sent only with appropriate consent and always include a way to opt out.
Data protection
We handle personal data in line with applicable laws, including the LGPD and, where relevant, the GDPR and CCPA. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Health data and HIPAA
Most wellness and fitness apps are not covered by HIPAA. Where the Service is not provided by a HIPAA covered entity, health-related information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Accessibility
We work toward aligning our experiences with recognized accessibility guidelines (such as WCAG) and continue to improve over time.
Security
We apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect data and review our practices on an ongoing basis.
